How to register

Tickets are purchased via the secure link to the conference Eventbrite page. Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be emailed automatically to you.

Each individual conference delegate has to complete the registration and payment process.

Registration name change

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may reassign your place to another person providing you notify the conference organisers. Email TBC

Cancellations

If you must cancel your attendance at the conference, 70 per cent of the registration fee will be refunded provided notification is received via email by Friday Fr 11 Apr 2025. After this date, no refunds will be made.

The conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
