Abstracts are invited for oral, panel discussion and poster presentations that address the wide range of topics listed on the programme page.
It is anticipated that there will be a total of 100 oral or panel discussion presentations. Although participants can submit more than one abstract, in most cases, the organisers will award one presentation per person.
Oral presenters are allocated 17 minutes to deliver their talk.
Panel discussion presenters are allocated about 5 minutes to summarise their interest and expertise about a specific issue e.g drug testing, International nightlife tourism, etc. A facilitator will guide the session ensuring the participation of presenters and audience members.
Poster presenters will have an opportunity to win prize. The poster guidelines, dimensions and award criteria will be published in February 2025. The organising committee is exploring how to enable the Ghent public to view the posters.
